چکیده
Extrusion of root filling material had been shown to reduce the success endodontic treatment. This case report describes management a patient who reported prolonged, persistent, and increasing pain on an upper filled central incisor with extruded material. A 28-year-old female came chief complaint tenderness left incisor. The was mostly triggered by mastication. Upon examination investigation, tooth concern 21 which treated many years ago. It appeared have percussion palpation. Non-surgical canal retreatment completed 21. However, complained same while biting even after six months post-obturation. Therefore, microsurgery performed remove that enucleate granulomatous lesion around periapical region After enucleation, apical end resection performed. Postoperatively, comfort no able resume her daily activities. At review, radiograph showed evidence complete healing. captured importance as viable treatment option where nonsurgical failed relieve patient's symptoms.

Endodontic periapical lesion-induced mental nerve paresthesia
Paresthesia is a burning or prickling sensation or partial numbness, resulting from neural injury. The symptoms can vary from mild neurosensory dysfunction to total loss of sensation in the innervated area. Only a few cases have described apical periodontitis to be the etiological factor of impaired sensation in the area innervated by the inferior alveolar and mental nerves. The aim of the pres...

Apical periodontitis is produced in the majority of cases by intraradicular infection. Treatment consists in the elimination of the infectious agents by endodontia. Even when carrying out a correct cleansing and filling of canals, it is possible that periapical periodontitis will persist in the form of an asymptomatic radiolucency, giving rise to the post-endodontic periapical lesion. The chron...

The field of endodontics has seen vast improvements in technology and techniques over the past several years. Perhaps the one area of endodontics that has improved the most is the way in which surgery is performed. With the use of state-of-the-art instruments, new and improved materials, and a surgical operating microscope, the gap has narrowed between biological concepts and the ability to ach...

We report a case of large radicular cyst progression related to endodontic origin to emphasize proper intervention and follow-up for endodontic pathosis. A 25 yr old man presented with an endodontically treated molar with radiolucency. He denied any intervention because of a lack of discomfort. Five years later, the patient returned. The previous periapical lesion had drastically enlarged and i...
